Delivery in the Netherlands
Orders are normally delivered within 3 business days. Orders over €60 are shipped free of charge.
Standard shipping costs are €5.75.

Delivery in Belgium
Orders are normally delivered within 4 business days. Orders over €90 are shipped free of charge.
Standard shipping costs are €12.75.

Delivery by DHL
All orders are shipped by DHL. You can track your package via Track & Trace.

Returns
When packing your order, we check all items to make sure they are shipped in good condition. Still, something may go wrong or something may not be to your liking. Therefore, you have the right to return the package within 14 days of receipt. Returns may also be made at the Motion Merchandise shop.

Please note the following when returning:

• The return form must be completed and sent with your return.
• Items must be returned in their original condition incl. price tag.
• Make sure it is well packed so that it cannot be damaged in transit.
• Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
• Returned items will not be taken back if: they have been worn/washed, they are damaged.
• When refunding money to account, we aim to deposit the money amount into your account within 5 business days.
• Returns in our stores will not receive a refund. You will receive the amount on account.
• We cannot be held responsible if a return package is not delivered to us or the package is lost.
