World of light & technology

A visit to Motion Experience fits completely within the curriculum of primary and secondary schools. A visit to Motion can also be very inspiring for vocational education. Students learn a lot about the world of light and technology through play. Walk in the clouds, set space in motion and get lost in your own kaleidoscope.

Educational Program

We offer educational programs for various age groups. For primary education, a curriculum has been developed based on the ‘Art & Technology’ learning line of the ‘Culturele Ladekast’. Through the implementation of the curriculum, students achieve multiple goals in this subject area.

For secondary and vocational education, we provide tours at our location. These tours include explanations about various techniques and art forms that are applied, and allow time for students to freely explore on their own.

Motion is easily accessible by public or private transportation. From Eindhoven Central Station, it is only a 5-minute walk. Do students come by bicycle? Then they can easily park their bikes in the free bike parking lot on Sept. 18 Square.

By bus (public transport) for 35 euros

In North Brabant, schools can travel to Motion Experience by public bus with the entire class for only 35 euros. Read more about it on the Bravo (Arriva) site.

School counselors

At Motion, we value school counselors, which is why they are allowed in free of charge. Supervisors stay with their groups and are responsible for their students. We expect a minimum of 1 supervisor for every 10 students, but our recommendation is to provide 1 supervisor for every 6 students.
