At Motion Imagination Experience, audiovisual recordings can be made intended for publication on the Internet or television. By visiting Motion, the visitor irrevocably and unconditionally agrees that recordings may be made of him/her. Insofar as the visitor could assert any intellectual property rights, including copyright and/or neighboring rights, in the context of the recordings, the visitor transfers – now in advance – all (present and future) worldwide, unrestricted (intellectual property) rights entirely, irrevocably and unconditionally to Dinner in Motion b.v. (parent company of Motion).

Motion has unrestricted rights to disclose, reproduce, make available to the public or otherwise exploit the recordings, in whole and/or in part, in the broadest sense of the word in any manner known now or in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, Motion’s right to (repeatedly) broadcast the recordings on television, use them on DVDs, the Internet or otherwise exploit them. The organization cannot become liable for any theft, loss or damage. Access to the experience for children under the age of 12 will only be possible under the supervision and responsibility of the parent(s) and/or legal guardian.
