Look for our current business hours in the footer of our website. During school vacations (south region) we are open every day.\u00a0 WHERE IS MOTION LOCATED? Motion is located in downtown Eindhoven on the second floor of the Piazza. From the station, it is only a few minutes&#8217; walk. HOW IS MOTION EASIEST TO REACH? Because of its convenient location, visiting Motion by both car and public transportation is heartbreakingly easy! Eindhoven Station and the central bus station are less than a five-minute walk away. If you come by car, it is best to park in the Mathildelaan parking garage. If you park at the top, the walkway will take you directly to Motion. HOW LONG DOES THE EXPERIENCE LAST? This varies from person to person, but on average, a visit to the experience takes an hour to an hour and a half. There is also an opportunity to enjoy a drink or bite in our lounge during the experience. IS THERE A ROUTE OR CAN I WALK THROUGH MOTION INDEPENDENTLY? At Motion, you decide entirely what your adventure looks like! Walk through the space, stand still as long as you like or take a seat somewhere at your leisure. Motion encourages everyone to play their own leading role in this imaginative world of light art. IS MOTION EXPERIENCE SUITABLE FOR ALL AGES? The experience is designed for families! But of course visitors of all ages are welcome. Please note that children up to 12 years old must be accompanied by at least 1 adult to enter the experience. MAY I TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS? Yes indeed, gladly even! Take as many photos and videos as you want. Above all, don&#8217;t forget to share them! Use the hashtag #motionexperience. MAY I CHANGE CLOTHES ON LOCATION? There are no locker rooms available at Motion. Thus, it is not possible to change clothes on location. ARE STROLLERS ALLOWED INSIDE? Strollers are definitely allowed and may be taken into the Imagination Experience. Just keep in mind that there is no guarded pitch available. IS MOTION WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY? We make every effort to make Motion accessible to all. The Imagination Experience itself is wheelchair-friendly and easily accessible by elevator. However, we do not have disabled toilets. For this purpose, the disabled toilet in the Piazza right next to Motion, located on the same floor, can be used. IS MOTION SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH EPILEPSY? Motion Experience is a museum with various light installations and loud sounds, which could be inappropriate for persons with epilepsy. Entering is at your own risk. MAY I BRING MY PET? No, only service dogs are allowed in. IS THE MUSEUM CARD VALID AT MOTION? No, it is not valid with us. IS THE CJP CULTURE CARD VALID AT MOTION? Yes, the CJP culture card is valid with us. IS A STUDENT CARD VALID AT MOTION? No, it is not valid with us. ARE THERE LOCKERS AVAILABLE? No, Motion does not have lockers to store luggage. However, lockers are available at Eindhoven station where any luggage can be stored. IS THERE A CHECKROOM AVAILABLE? Yes, a checkroom is available. Keep in mind, however, that it is unattended. Motion is a lasting light experience! We do sometimes have special editions for a certain period, such as a Christmas edition or during the summer vacations. Keep an eye on our socials to stay up-to-date on these editions. Ticket Questions ARE TICKETS TRANSFERABLE? Motion tickets are not personalized. Thus, these may safely be transferred to third parties. MY TICKET HAS A START TIME ON IT. DOES IT MATTER IF I&#8217;M A LITTLE LATE? If you are later or a lot earlier, we can see if there is still availability. If not, it will be a wait and see until there is availability again. CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR? Yes, you can. But no guarantee there is availability. Better safe than sorry and buy your tickets online. I CAN&#8217;T BUY ONLINE TICKETS, HOW COME?
